Nala's 1st Popsicle & Our "Green Thumbs"

What a day! We worked in the pitiful flower beds today, trying to make them more appealing to the eye...I think we did a decent job. I also got my new lens in yesterday and had to try it out! So, what a better way to try it out than on our newest masterpiece & the dog! I really like it.

About mid-day, we decided to have a popsicle & poor deprived Nala drooled all over the floor pining for a taste.

So, we decided to give in and let her have her own! You cannot even tell she loved it, can you?? :)

Her tongue wouldn't even go fast enough! She was getting so frustrated, but it was hilarious!!

Here is a picture of the flower beds - They look sooo much better than they did! I may actually like gardening soon! :) Eh, maybe not!

Our 4-Legged Kids

Well, it has been a while since I posted any new(er) pictures of the dogs, due to the over-excitement about the Lil Man. Last night before the storms, Trey spotted a nest in our little tree in the front.

We normally don't let Nala (or any of the 3 dogs) out front with us because I get too nervous they will run into the street. However, last night was so calm before the storm, Trey let Nala go out there with us. I took a picture of the nest & Miss Nala Lou. She is a pretty good poser! Not like the other 2 who have learned to RUN from the camera now!!

Tonight I went out to check out the clouds & possible rain coming our way, so Gracie & Hollis got "caught on camera" - much to their dismay. I love these little guys. They are rotten! Curious to see how their roles as 'children' play out when the baby gets here! We will see. For now, they are still my babies. And aren't they cute?!?!?

Easter "Buddies" & Gracie's Haircut!

Easter Sunday went spent with the Chick Family. They are a great 2nd family! We had a great meal compiled by GiGi, ToTo & LiLi (like the repeatitive nicknames)?? :) Corby & I hid the Easter eggs, Jaxon found them all, then we watched the Masters for a while! We had a great day & were blessed from beginning to end with a great church service & thoughtful, loving friends/family...It was a wonderful Easter.

While I was "bloggin' " thought I would throw in a picture of Miss Gracie & her new haircut. She got a lil groomin' on Monday! Thank goodness...Don't tell her, but she was starting to smell & it was quite pathetic to see her back foot caught in her hair, up by her ear! She would cry...

Oh My! It was bad! :) She looks much better!

Precious Lil Pups

Yesterday, I ran to Teresa & Steve's next door to get a check-up on the pups! They are getting so big & they are almost ready to go to a good home. She has a sign in her yard, but no serious takers yet. Anyway, I LOVE LOVE LOVE them. They look just like Gracie-Girl when she was a pup. There is 1 girl (the bigger one) & 1 boy...
